Amhil North America Ltd.’s public website and web content conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 Level AA, excluding success criteria 1.2.4 (Captions – Live) and 1.2.5 (Audio Descriptions – Pre-recorded), in accordance with the Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation (O. Reg. 191/11) under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA).

We maintain ongoing monitoring and review processes to ensure continued compliance and improvement of website accessibility.

Upon receiving a request, we will:

  • Consult with the individual to determine a suitable accessible format or communication support;
  • Provide the requested format within three (3) business days unless urgency requires a shorter timeframe;
  • Ensure the format meets the individual’s accessibility needs.
