Quality is a priority for us and our customers. Amhil performs rigorous quality tests and controls during manufacturing, administered before production, hourly during production, and at the start of each shift. We hold several internationally recognized quality certifications that include IFS Pac Secure, FDA certified, HACCP, ISO:9001, and SQF Level 2.
Quality assurance
IFS PAC
We operate following IFS Pac Secure guidelines and are a certified facility. Our plant is audited annually to maintain our certification, recognized under the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI)
FDA
All of our raw materials are FDA certified. We work closely with our supplier partners to ensure the highest level of product quality and safety.
HACCP
HACCP is a preventative food safety system that identifies critical control points in our production process and manages/monitors these points to ensure the safest product is produced.
SQF Level 2
SQF Level 2 provides a rigorous system to manage food safety risks and provide safe products for use by companies in the food industry.
ISO:9001
Our manufacturing procedures use Standard Operating Controls (SOCs) and Standard Process Controls (SPCs) for consistent products.
